Role Description

Volley Automation is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative who will report to our Director of Business Development and collaborate closely with internal teams, external prospects and customers. In this role, you will have responsibility for developing new markets and customers for our fully automated parking technology within the commercial real estate industry. You will be responsible for the top of funnel lead generation, calling upon real estate developers, architects, and general contractors interested in purchasing Volley’s multimillion dollar robotic systems. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in outbound lead generation, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and integrated sales campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Expertise in multi-channel demand generation, applying a diverse range of campaign strategies, including cold calling, digital media, email, webinars, and content syndication, with measurable results.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, CRM, and lead generation software.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B lead funnel, adept at driving conversions and managing targets from account identification to closing
  • Advanced level of experience and attitude in CRM (e.g. HubSpot) 

Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
  • Qualify and contact potential customers via provided construction lead databases.
  • Answering inbound leads form company website and unsolicited referrals
  • Building customer profiles in CRM (e.g. HubSpot) upon initial contact, then updating and advancing prospect(s) through sales funnel
  • Recording leads in CRM and forward to Sales Project Manager for resourcing
  • Overseeing CRM administration, permissions, licenses, subscriptions and interface with CRM company
  • Create dashboards, track, and analyze leads, and enable & support sales to close opportunities faster via use of CRM platform
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to craft compelling lead generation initiatives such as outbound email campaigns, using landing pages, and case studies that resonate with our target audience to increase engagement
  • Provide onsite product demos at local company parking garage for prospective customers. Collects sales demo details and loads into company CRM for next steps
  • Achieve/exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets defined for self and team

The target base salary range for this position is $95,000-120,000 annually.
